I bought this car about 6 months ago and worked on it through the winter. I kind of bought this car on a whim. Actually some 25+ years ago I was looking for a small convertible and it came down to an MGB, Triumph Spitfire and a Fiat 124 Spider. A foreign auto mechanic told me to stay away from British cars!

The body is rust free and solid. It looks like most of the paint is original. I think part of the driver's side has been repainted. Other than the plush carpet, I think the interior is original. Top looks aftermarket.

This car was a mechanical basket case. The car had no brakes when I got it and lots of oil leaks (mostly) and some electrical bugs to sort out. Other than that, the engine and transmission seem to be OK.

I have done nothing to the body, top or interior (not counting the spare tire cover and trunk liner) other than give it a good detailing.

Looks like a pretty clean car. Should be loads of fun for summertime.

I'm not sure if I like the location of this tag. It seemed like a good idea at the time.
