Guess what day it is today?
    It's Russian Christmas!
Because the Russian Othodox Church observes the old calendar, Russian Christmas falls on January 7.

The great news, for those fans of Christmas, is that if one learns a little Russian* , you can celebrate Christmas twice a year!
New Years is still just once a year though.

    * you can get by with as little as "Vodka!"
