One thing to consider when building a CK is that youare not building an exact replica of the original inspiration car. That car was designed to run on a verylarge relatively smooth track with very large sweeping turns at very high speeds.Your CK on the other hand, will probably never exceed50 mph and more than likely will run somewhere in themid to lower 40's. The weight distribution is all togetherdifferent, Your turns will be quite tight and many of thetracks will be quite rough. So the steering geometry willbe a lot different than the original car. In general, some pos. camber, some KPI, a little plustoe and 5 to 8 degree of caster will put you pretty muchin the ball park. And just to put your mind at ease, there does appear to be a small positive camber in that picture.Denny GrahamSandwich, IL

Thanks Dennis. After looking at it closer the head on view does have a bit of +camber. Seems like every angle looks different on this thing. Still haven't even considered that I might have bit off more than I can chew on this. Hopefully not long till some actual building gets done, but this tree removal stuff is killing me. Still on the optimistic side as usual. Thanks again for the input, always appreciated.

I hear ya, I got about 100 trees on the property. Keeps me busy picking up what they shed. And the Ash boreshave already killed off a couple dozen. At least I'm nothurting for fire wood.These karts aren't more than you can chew, unlessyou've never picked up a hammer, even then, lots ofguys have put together some dang nice karts andlearned a lot in the process. As many of the Sr. members here will advise, just don't try to build ascaled down replica of your inspiration car, keep itsimple, keep it a Cyclekart while incorporating someelements of the original car. dg
